1) Intro Call

2) Data Gathering

I will have a list of documents for you to upload to a secure vault to make sure that I have everything that I need.

3) Get Organized Meeting

After going through your documents, I want to get on a call to clarify anything that needs more detail, and make sure that I have all qualitative and quantitative inputs that I need to devleop your initial action items.

4) Action Items Meeting

We will go through the initial action items and the plan for implementation.

5) Ongoing Monitoring and Planning

We will have monthly check ins, meetings twice a year, and planning all year round to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
